Esto sucedió hace muchos, muchos años. Yo había colgado un humilde dibujo en la Superman
homepage, y un día recibí un e-mail. Era de dos actores de Los Angeles que querían hacerle un regalo especial a un productor que les había dado trabajo. Su idea: regalarle un comic en el que él fuera el superhéroe protagonista.
Ellos habían visto mi dibujo, les había gustado y ofrecían pagarme por crear el comic. Yo estaba justo de vacaciones fuera de mi ciudad, pero acepté el desafío y gracias a la ayuda de mi amigo, el diseñador Ariel Doldán, pude completar mi primer trabajo rentado.
Estas son las dos páginas que pude rescatar buceando en las aguas del tiempo. Espero las disfruten tanto como yo disfruté haciéndolas.
This story happened years ago. I posted a drawing in the Superman homepage, and one day I received an email. It was from two young actors. They wanted to thank a producer for giving them a job. So they decided to gave him a special gift: a comic in which he was the superhero.
They offered me the job of doing the comic. I penciled and inked the pages, and my friend, the graphic designer, Ariel Doldan did the colors.
